We were shocked to see the headline in today’s Liverpool Echo stating “Liverpool ‘has some of the lowest-rated care homes in the country;’” with many care homes in our local area deemed needing improvement after inspection. Neglect and inadequate care can lead to development of health issues like pressure sores, serious illness and more. As solicitors we represent clients and their families who go have been victims of these unnecessary wrongs because of care home’s negligence; when these injuries could have been prevented… We hope these care homes to take steps towards improvement, because vulnerable populations deserve better.
