Hywel is an Associate Solicitor based in Irvings Anfield office.
With over 8 years experience in personal injury work Hywel handles all types of personal injury claims including road traffic accidents, employer’s liability, public liability, product liability and occupiers liability. He is also qualified to give advice on benefits issues.
He has significant expertise in road traffic accident cases where the claimant is required to deal with allegations that the accident did not cause injury and damage to his/her vehicle. He has also been involved in substantial litigation relating to protecting the claimants medical records.
He joined Irvings as a trainee solicitor in 2000 and qualified as a solicitor in 2002. Hywel gained his law degree at Liverpool John Moores University followed by the legal practice conversion course at The College of Law in Chester where he achieved a commendation.
Hywel is a rugby union fan and enjoys attending international matches each season. He plays 5 a side football twice and week and is the goalkeeper for Irvings own football team. He enjoys reading, current affairs and politics.
