Have you been contacted by Nottingham Hospitals regarding failings in your maternity care?

Have you been contacted by Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust about failings in maternity care received at either Queen’s Medical Centre or Nottingham City Hospital?

Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust are carrying out the UK’s largest ever review into maternity care, following several baby deaths and injuries at their hospitals.

You will have been contacted if:

  • you have experienced stillbirth
  • neonatal death
  • brain damage to your child
  • the mother was injured/harmed as part of her maternity care
  • the mother passed away whilst under the care of the maternity department at the hospitals

The Trust sent out letters to 1,377 affected families in November 2022 and January 2023 urging them to contact the Trust to participate in their investigations.
