About Tim
Tim obtained his law degree from the University of Westminster, attended the legal practice course at The College of Law in Chester and has a diploma in advanced litigation from Nottingham Law School. He qualified as a solicitor in 1993 and has been with Irvings since 1998. Tim is a partner with management responsibilities.
Tim’s main areas of expertise include brain injury, fatal accident claims and serious orthopaedic injuries. He has significant experience in relation to cases of professional negligence and believes strongly in collaborative working both with colleagues, experts and clients as well as the opposition.
Outside of work Tim enjoys swimming, playing water polo and spending time in his other occupation as a part-time taxi driver for his children’s various activities.
