Sometimes my phone rings and there is a client on the end of the line apologising for calling and feeling embarrassed about the questions they want to ask.

But I don’t mind at all.

Making a claim for damages following an accident is luckily something that the majority of us will never need to do. It’s no surprise that bringing a legal case can seem daunting, whether you have been in a serious life changing accident or something more modest. How would any non-lawyer be expected to know what’s involved or where to begin?
