Representation & Resolution

As a result of the above links, another person was effected by Great Wyrley Parish Council and so wanting further recourse. As such, Mr M contacted Mr McConville for expert assistance and he, without hesitation, offered to act for Mr M on a no win, no fee basis. Once instructed, Mr McConville lodged a Letter of Claim on the same basis as previously and yet again, Great Wyrley Parish Council settled Mr M’s presented claim in the sum of £2,500.00 plus his legal costs without Court proceedings needing to be served.
