Irvings Law is happy to welcome Simon Brennan to our team as a Senior Associate.

Simon studied law at Liverpool University before completing his solicitors exams at The College of Law in Chester and qualifying as a solicitor in 1980. He lived and worked in London for many years before returning to the northwest.

He joined Irvings in Autumn 2017 and as a senior associate specialising in clinical negligence claims. His main areas of expertise include amputations, brain damage, birth injuries (including cerebral palsy claims), spinal injury cases, Cauda Equina, fatal accidents, and delay in diagnosis of cancer cases. Simon is also a member of the Law Society Clinical Negligence Panel.

Simon brings a wealth of experience in complex claims and has been advising a number of new clients over the past few weeks on medical negligence matters. Welcome Simon!
