Lee obtained a degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics at the University of York and then studied for two years at the College of Law, completing a Graduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course. Lee has been at Irvings since September 2008. He qualified as a solicitor in November 2010. He has over 10 years litigation experience including obtaining compensation for personal injury, breach of personal data and negligently installed cavity wall insulation.

Lee likes to attend comedy and music gigs and the theatre and goes to watch many sports, including football, rugby league and snooker. He is a keen quizzer and enjoys making trips to North Yorkshire to visit family.
